In this two-day training you will learn everything about project portfolio management (PPM) and how to implement it pragmatically and gradually in an organization. The strategic, operational and financial aspects of PPM are covered. The training is intended for everyone who wants to improve PPM in their organization and take it to a higher level, such as portfolio managers, PMO directors, innovation and transformation managers, and everyone who uses projects to execute their business strategy: CEO, CFO, CIO or other senior management members.
