We offer a free version of bizztracker to let you explore the application and find out whether it suits your needs. We believe that paying for an application should only be the case if a customer is convinced that it will help him with their strategic planning and portfolio management challenges. With the possibility to create 10 projects, unlimited portfolios and unlimited users, the strength and usefulness of the application can be sufficiently evaluated. It also provides a way for smaller companies to get started with project portfolio management and grow from there.
Once you want to create more than 10 projects in a community, a fee applies. The height of the fee depends on the total number of projects that you have in the community. There are no limits regarding the number of communities, portfolios, users or reports that you can create. The actual number of active projects is polled every hour and then averaged over one month. So if you have 5 projects in the first half of the month and 10 projects in the second half, your average would come to 7.5 and you would still be in the free tier.
The fee for the use of bizztracker is calculated based on the average number of active projects in a calender month. This monthly average is based on the hourly total number of active projects in a community. So if you have 5 projects in the first half of the month and 10 projects in the second half, your average would come to 7.5 and you would still be in the free tier. This method allows for a realistic payment structure and makes sure that you only pay for the life span of a project.
On the billing tab you will see what the rolling average number of projects is at that time, with an indication of the monthly fee that applies (if any).
